Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub and TV.

Bedroom 4: Queen size bed with half-bath in the hall.
Outdoor Space
The large outdoor space (10 acres) provides multiple areas for relaxing and entertain while enjoying the beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through the sliding doors out to the back patio that is fully covered with seating for 8. There is also an open 1,500 sq ft flagstone patio complete with fire pit, and hot tub, perfect for star gazing. (We do NOT charge to heat the spa. It will be heated and ready for use upon your arrival) There is a fire pit (wood not included) and a gas grill for BBQ.
Additional Amenities
Enjoy the game room with Billiard Table, board games, books, etc. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board. This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a minimum $500 fine.
House Rules: There are absolutely NO Parties or Events allowed at this home. Parties or events or more than the maximum number of guests will result in a $500 fine. There is a 10pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that is quite strict and can result in fines for both guests and owners. Please be considerate of our neighbors so that we may continue to operate.
